License not showing up for ilok
I just bought pro tools 12 and activated it but my license is not showing up in the ilok license manager. I tried refreshing and sync/repair but no luck. Not sure how to get my license to show up so I can put it onto my ilok.

I just recently bought ProTools 12 and I am having the same issues with my iLok account. My licenses are not showing up. I feel like I have tried everything I can to get it to work but still no luck.

Hello, i am having the same problem now.
I Have just purchased a monthly subscription for Pro Tools but license doesnt show up on my ilock account like it used to before

HAVING EXACTLY the same problem.
The credit card that was paying for the subscription was cancelled. Then, when I submitted the data of a new card, for keep on as a subscriber, the Avid website accepted. BUT IT WON'T SHOW IN MY ILOK. I lost a whole day of work because of this? WHAT IS WRONG?
