Need help on installing Mbox mini 2, stall at the end of installation

Hello everyone,

I bought a Digidesign Mbox 2 mini, Pro Tool LE 7, using xp Sp3, 2gb ram, 1tb harddrive, 2gb core 2 duo.

I first plugged my mbox to my computer through usb , and the LED light in the box does not light.

Then, I installed Pro Tool LE 7. The installation bar is loaded to the end, but the installation stops afterward. I waited for 20 minutes(as some users said that works out afterward), and nothing happened.

I tried to open internet, and the computer is not repsonding. Yet other programs like Photoshop or otherwises are working fine!

I downloaded a new driver for Mbox 2 mini from Avid website. Again, no light in the box. I open the "Mbox mini control panel" from installing the new driver. It has a pic of Mbox 3 mini, but the bottom said that hardware not connected and not streaming.

I tried to uninstall the Pro Tool, but it is not listed in Add/Remove Programs, or there is no icon of uninstall at All programs or in it's digidesign folder.

If anyone can help, I will be highly appreciated. I try to find avid email support, but I failed to find one.....
