Master Post Module Assignment menu missing PEC and DIR

When I go to assign the Post, PEC, and DIR (Tracks Menu, then press Shift+Assign Post), only the Post row is showing / assignable. I don't see the PEC and DIR for meter assignments.

Is there a setting that turns this off / on?
