Default Weird random dip glitch in sound in PT Ultimate

I just bought a refurbished Mac Mini Core i5 3.0GHz (Late 2018) and installed PT Ultimate on it. When playing back I get a weird random dip in the sound approximately every minute. It sounds almost like a quick dip. At first I thought it was just some glitch in the monitoring, but when I export my session, these dips occur in the waveform at random places. It happens in all my sessions and makes printing/exporting a pain, as I have to stop every time these dips occur and print from that point again. Anyone experienced this?

Never had this in 18 years. More info might help. OS? Exact version of PT Ultimate? Have you checked that those 2 items are compatible? What interface? Where are your sessions located(what drive and how is it connected)?

What is in the sessions you're playing back, and specifically what plugs? Does sound like the kind of thing a plug-in could cause - in particular, a plug-in that's in demo mode and you don't know it? And yes, more system info would help.

I was thinking the same thing, or an outdated or incompatible version.
