Default Dim LED screen?

Hi,
I just noticed that one of the LED screens on my S1 is dimmer than the others.
Is anyone else having this issue?
You can clearly see it on fader 5.

Thanks!

I couldn’t tell you when this started. I just noticed it now.
And it’s permanently dimmer than the others. Even after when I shut it down and power it back on.

This is how OLEDs are. They vary from manufacturer in brightness and color. We obviously try to match them per unit. If you are out of warranty and you want to try and get this better then you could take out a support contract($129) on it, wait 45 days(cooling off) and submit a case to Avid.

Thanks Eddie!
I might do that if anything else shows up on the unit.
I can probably live with it for now.

Just wondering, why the 45 day cool off time?

Its to stop people just waiting until the unit fails and then taking out support. Its insurance....you wouldn't do that with a car ;-)
At this price everyone that uses these products for a living should have it, it provides advance replacements too, so no downtime.
