sync problems with 002

I've experienced incredible out of sync when syncing pro tools III on Mac (master) and 002R on windows (slave).
I use normal MTC.
everything stays in sync for minutes, but afetr few stop and play into the MAC, the 002R goes incredibly out of sync ?????
PT III MAC is perfect alone
PT 6.7 on 002R is perfect alone

why???

anybody has similar problem ... I can't complete one importan work

waiting ... please
