OMF to Final Cut Pro Help

I recently delivered audio to my dirrector in OMF. He told me he could not import it.
Does anyone know how I need to export it so he can or is he missing something?

To the best of my knowledge he is using the most current version of FCP.
I am using PT 5.1.3
