Default Moving From PT 10 to 12 With Questions

Hi there

I am moving from ProTools 10 two ProTools 12. I am on a 5,1 Mac Pro. I am currently running ProTools 10 Accel. With 192 and Sync I/O. These are the silver units with blue ends.

Will I have to change my hardware internally and externally?
