Please point to to where I can re-download my PTLE7 setup file? Store won't help.

Can someone please help me with something that should be easy, but I'm not getting any help from the Digistore, after many emails (and I stay too long on hold to get help via the phone)?

A few years ago I purchased an upgrade to Pro Tools LE 7.0. Now, due to some hardware problems, I need to reinstall it over the existing instance on my hard drive. All I want is to re-download the application file.

I've gone to my account and brought up my original invoice which has many download links. However, I cannot find, among all the links, the one file to download that is the PTLE7 core application download. All I see is extras.

Following is the list of what is there. Can someone tell me which of these is the download I need, or if not there, where the heck it is? The customer support simply tells me it's on the page of downloads, but is unable to tell me which one it is.

I know you said you were in your "account" but did you go into My Digi?

I had this problem before where I didn't feel it was easy to find. =(

I found it. It shows my orders, one of which is PTLE7 Upgrade Plus. However under Registered Downloads, it says "none."

Great. Now the store is closed. Busy lines all day, now closed at 4:15.

I've tried since teh beginning of the week back and forth to just have customer service tell me where the download link is so I can reinstall the product I paid for in the past. I've also asked for this link in another thread several times, with no reply. Is it a secret? What the hell?

Are you sure you're viewing all of the downloads - might you be overlooking a link for 'more'?

Yes. Here is the entire page. And customer support even requested my log in info and could not give me an answer other than "call us" which of course does not work when on hold for so long and then store closes so early.
