shortcut question???

Hi everybody,

Could you tell me can I solo a track or a group by clicking the keyboard in Protools 5 or 6(on Mac OS)? I want to know that, cause I already knew most of the keyboard shortcuts, but everytime when I solo a track or some tracks, I have to use the mouse clicking them one by one, it's wasting time. i want to find a shortcut.

My English is not very well, if you don't understand, just ask me.
