PT Shortcuts with 7.4.1

Am using a PT HD3 with ver7.4.1 on Apple Mac Quad with OS X 10.5.1 (Leopard).

I understand that there is a change in PT shortcut keys because of the Mac OS shortcuts overlapping. How do I correct this and get all my PT shortcuts to work?

Miss using the shortcuts for the Magic tool to start with.

go the system preferences and disable the keyboard short cuts in the keyboard pref pane...
Besides that I suggest you spend a few hours reading the manual

Your attempt at sarcasm is well avoided considering that I have worked on PT for 11 years now and have self admitted that the move to Leopard was based on the local Digi rep's advice that all is perfectly well.

If I wasn't in the midst of shooting one feature film and posting 3 others, I would have taken you 2nd point seriously and gone back to school.

While interested in the same information, this was the best I could do at the moment.

Disable Mac OS X 10.5.1 Keyboard Shortcuts Used by Pro Tools.

I believe they can be disabled or remapped in System Preferences. Maybe someone else could shine some more light on this.

I have disabled all the stated Mac OS shortcuts as mentioned in the read me section.
But it really not of much use yet.

Practically my main problem is having time to figure out OS issues while I find myself battling post production deadlines.

Not sure if you've tried this already....

Go to System Preferences/Keyboard & Mouse/Keyboard and enable 'Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys.....
