Default upload area for soundfiles

how about an upload area for mixes we would like comments on? maybe we couls ask specific questions about our mixes, and recieve advice/criticism/ect about what we are doing. i am curious to hear what results other users are getting from their tools. even if it started out as mp3 (blah) it would be better than nothing. i like getting advice on my work, constructive or other, and i get ideas by hearing what other people are doing that i may not have thought of.
sometimes, believe it or not, i have useful ideas as well.
maybe this would be a step in a positive direction, and provide a reason (however small) to distract us from the features removed in blah blah blah...
don't turn this into another bash digi thread, please.
what do ya think?

Good idea!

Some of my work is downloadable via mp3.com, maybe work from others here also.
"Fullrange" mixes would be better, but definetely too large to up- and download...

Maybe we only need a thread or forum where we can post URLs to get the stuff from each other?

Peter

We're installing a new optical internet pie that will increase our bandwidth by about 6-10 times. When that is in place in a couple of months, we plan on adding some ftp servers for user mp3s, other sound files, plug-in presets, and stuff like that.
In the meantime, there are some websites that offer mass storage for free, but I don't have any urls handy at the moment.

That's an optical internet pipe, not pie

Was that bigger peice of the pie? (Just kidding) Coaster I like that. Digi bashers be forwarned: You can move over to MOTU at 96k and complain about track count.

I am real sensitive about my music. But not my mixes. How about a critique & vote. Winner gets a Mix upgrade? Bruce, Coaster et al- interested in PTs & Rocket Network post:
