No East West Opus here, but had all the issues.
To get up and running again, sign into the ilok manager app, right click on your ilok and select "synchronize". That's what fixed everything for me this morning. |

Hi folks,
I see a lot of you encounter the same issue even though your licenses were activated on an iLok key. Let me raise this to iLok, but first we need you to provide a verbose logs by going to the steps below: macOS: 1) Download and run our installer provided by the following Dropbox link. https://installers.ilok.com/iloklice...stallerMac.zip There is no need to uninstall the iLok License Manager. Making sure iLok License Manager an no other protected items are currently running, run the verbose license installer linked above 2) Reproduce the reported behavior and take note of the date/time of when the issue occurs 3) Send PACE Anti-Piracy Support the newly generated logs by archiving all '.log' files in that folder and sending us that archived file along with the date/time of the occurrences. The log files will be available from the following system location: /Library/Logs/PACEAntiPiracy/Eden/LicenseServices Windows: 1) Download and run the the following verbose License Support Installer. https://installers.ilok.com/iloklice...stallerWin.zip No need to uninstall the currently installed version. Simply quit the iLok License Manager along with any other software that may be protected, run the installer linked above, and try reproducing the behavior. 2) Once reproduced, note the date and time. Send along that information with the generated logs. 3) Go to the following folder and collect all log files starting with “LdLog”: C:\ProgramData\PACE\Eden\LdLogs\ (Note that the Program Data folder may be hidden. If so, go to Window Explorer's Organize > Folder and Search Options > View, and set it to Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives.) 4) Select all files found in that folder and zip them into a single archive. Send along that verbose log file archive with information on date and time of incident Once you have a verbose logs, please feel free to send it to me at [email protected].
