DUC site issues (Safari 17.4.1)?

Anyone else having issues withn Safari 17.4.1 (19618.1.15.11.14) / Sonoma 14.4.1 (M2)??

DUC working fine in Firefox, but in Safari (preferred browser) the website loads, & although I can view a thread title, when clicking on the thread, all I see is a blank page... (loading bar stalls)?

(Have cleared caches, history & restarted etc)

Any ideas??

I don’t know if this is related, but the DUC is nearly broken with Tapatalk. I can view posts, but even though I’m logged in I can’t make posts or access any of the logged in functions. Avid is aware and has the web peeps looking into it.

I had the same issue stating this week. I turned off adblocker on this site and all is well now.

This is happening to me, too. The unread topics section is blank, but I can see things on the timeline. Aside from that I’m stuck.

Yep, i'm on Monterey 12.7.1...hadn't looked at the DUC for a month or so I guess, but as of 22/5/24 its broken on Safari on all 3 of my machines running Mac OS 12.7.1

Had the same problem here, with Ventura and Safari 17.5

Unchecked the option "enable content blockers" at "settings for duc.avid" in the Safari menu and everything returns to normal.

Mobile is an even bigger clusterf—k.

Tapatalk is useless now. Won’t allow me to reply to posts or do anything other than view.

Mobile Safari just shows the desktop version of the site, which is a major pain to constantly zoom in on stuff. And I have to turn off Content Blockers to view most pages.

Can we step into the 21st century here and move to ZenForo, or just give up the ghost and move to Reddit or somewhere else?

I have having the same problem with Safari 17.5 on MacOS 14.5 on an M1 system.

I've been having issues with this for a couple months now, at least. I tried turning of ad blockers and allowing pop-ups but I'm still getting the blank page.

Try “Turn off content blockers”.
