Pro tools Ultimate Not launching , Studio does instead
Hi, At the moment I have licences for both Ultimate ( for my main studio Mac- atmos and HDX in use) and I have a sub for studio which is for my M2 Map remote rig when I'm away. Fired up the main studio Mac and studio started not Ultimate. I can't work around studio to revert to Ultimate . All licences are live. Anyone out there have a suggestion?

2 solutions:
Login to iLok License Manager prior to launching Pro Tools, right-click on the license that you don’t want to use and choose “Deactivate” – wait for the process to complete, then right-click on your iLok in the LH column and choose “Synchronize” (again, a small wait). Logout of ILM, reboot, launch Pro Tools. Your “Deactivated” license will sit in your account, until you “Activate” it again. Far easier to buy a 2nd iLok for your Studio subscription. Most 3rd Party licenses come with 2 (or 3) Authorizations, so you can have nearly all your licenses on both iLoks. Recommend paying US$30 per year for each iLok, to get you up and running again quickly, if your iLok got damaged, lost or stolen. Of course. The studio sub is on ilok cloud so PT is activating off that first.

Hi adebarwick,
You may try to close the iLok cloud session using iLok License manager on that machine where you have your iLok key with PT Ultimate. If Pro Tools Ultimate license is still not being read, please try to connect your iLok key to another USB port.
