Pro Tools 8 Download on Release Day

$150. I just bought the 003 this year and already another $150 in software. I guess it could be worse. That's what I get for choosing such an expensive hobby. Thanks.

I hope the will release it tomorrow :), but we do not get til now any information when the official release date is. I think its Time for Digi to tell us the truth date. Is there a delay or will Digi wait for a worldwide realease, I mean they will perhaps announce the release when all dealers are full on stock and then you can get it .Next week is christmas and when the release is next week , we can wait til the end of year til the order comes in that burnin house. The post man has this time a lot to do. I preordered PT8 and it should be delivered to my dealer on 15Dec, but now there is no new date....Hmmm ... I dont think that 150 Dollars are alot of money for the big update... Lets cross our fingers for tomorrow release.....

Not only all that goodness, but also the D-Fi bundle -a $395 value - is also included as part of the free DigiRack plug-ins. That alone makes $150 a bargain for me.
