Default Eucontrol preference panel in windows 7?

Where on earth is the preference panel to select application, protocol & ports in EuControl? It does not appear in Windows 7 as described in the manual. I'm unable to locate it in any of the software. I'm successfully controlling Nuendo via Eucon but want to control Ableton live as well via the mackie control option.

Any clues?

Thanks,

Mark
