Default Strike 1.5 upgrade - not working because of iLok-working now

Hi everyone,

I just downloaded the new Strike upgrade. Now when I start Pro Tools, it tells me I have to register. I click the BUY button, and then it tells me that Strike is not authorized on the iLok. HOWEVER, I go to my iLok and Strike is there.

There is NO documentation on how to update the iLok to the new version. How do I do this? Has anyone else run into this?

Thanks for your help!!!!

UPDATE::::::

I called Sweetwater Tech support and they helped out tremendously! It was a problem with my iLok, not the software upgrade. The drivers had gotten corrupted and Vista did not recognize my iLok, so I simply had to uninstall, remove the iLok, reinstall the drivers, and after a final restart, plug the iLok back in.

Thanks!!!

Dale
