PT12 and Reason 8 Error 20038: Insufficient Resources

I am trying to get my PR 12.4 (Upgrade purchased but not installed yet) and Can't get Reason 8 to work. I am running a PC with Win 7. It was working before I upgraded Reason to 8. Any suggestions?
