Ultimate subscription problem

Hi , so my PT ultimate subscription was due to renew back in late Feb .. I received an email saying they were updating payment system… so around the 10th of march I checked and my subscription date had been moved to march and my sub was still active and still no payment taken as mine is set to auto renew… PT is still working fine however come to today and none of my pro bundle plugins are working…says ilok licence has expired… I checked my ilok and yes they expired early march..so being an ultimate user I go to call support and use my system ID and the automated system says my System ID has expired !! WTF.. there is nowhere for me to renew my subscription and now I’m stuck in the void.. Help please Avid.. I would like to get this sorted and not have to pay $79 usd to talk to a human! I’ve had my licence and subscription since PT 7 … HELP!

Why do you want to talk to anybody?

In your Avid.com My Products section right next to the product listing should be a big blue "Renewal & Upgrades" button. First step would be to click on that button and try renewing that perpetual your support/update plan with your credit card.

Avid support for licensing questions should still be available to you via email.

I would like to talk to somebody because There is no blue button saying renewal and upgrade! Because my subscription is showing as active.. it only says auto renew… if I click it it asks if I want to cancel my subscription..
This is why speaking to someone would be helpful
