Thanks Frank, that solved it for me.
Tested with MacBook Air M1 under Sonoma.

I found out something. In the future you can manually remove the accessibility entries from the settings and then restarted the EuControl to get the notice from macOS again. That would be easier than doing the uninstall/re-install. The Apple bug is that they are there is accessibility and look like they are enabled but MacOS doesn't respect that.

My tablet auto updated avid control so I had to do this upgrade. Now I can't get the 'sync functions with s1' switch to work after restarting everything.

This new option requires Avid Control in Hybrid mode on the S1. Drag a tablet onto S1 and make sure its in hybrid mode in the4 surfaces page.

PT Ultimate with Dock and two S1 units. All with iPads.
An automatic update of my iPad Control software forced an update to 2025.3.014. Since then I am having a hard time trying to get the meters to work. They are sluggish if they move at all. When signal is stopped they take several seconds to one by one shut off. The compression parts of the meters work perfectly! Also my two meter tablets do not automatically mount on startup. I have to turn the (dedicated) WiFi off then on again (in the tablet settings), and then reboot the Control app, then remount them in the Settings of Eucontrol. Very frustrating. (I miss my C24!) Tried all the usual solutions - reboots, reinstalls etc. Any suggestions please? |

What are your Mac network settings? Can you post an image with a description of what each one does?

I have a dedicated WiFi router connected to the ethernet port of the Mac M1. From this are connected the Dock and S1 units via ethernet cables. The tablets are connected via Wifi forced at 5.0GHz. There is nothing else connected to this network.
It was all working perfectly before the update to Eucontrol. ...not sure exactly how to post an image!or exactly what you require... happy to answer any queries ![]() Cheers! Phil |

Yes Wifi is turned on the Mac.
It is connected to the same WiFi network to which the tablets are connected. All of this worked prior to the update of EuCon. |
