hello friends I was trying to do the optimization for Window and i was trying to do this one and i found this folder has two Pro tools folders should i delete both of them?
Thanks Mike
Delete Workspace Database and Files:
Delete these if you experience file-based issues, such as problems or crashes when searching for audio files in the Workspace, or trouble when drawing waveforms.

Ensure Pro Tools is not open
Click on the Windows Start button, type File Explorer and press enter
Click This PC in the left column
Double-click the C: drive
Open the Users folder
Go to the Public folder
Delete the Pro Tools folder
Launch Pro Tools - new database files will be generated

I get a jagged/slow-to-respond transport (and metering) when certain plugins are open and it happens every time those specific plugins are open. Closing their window brings the transport and metering back to normal.

But if you're seeing this without any plugin windows open then my issue is probably not your issue.
