Default Avid delay in addressing support case

I opened a support ticket on Jan 28 for Pro Tools Crashing when making new tracks, and got a response same day asking for more details, I've provided a ton of info at this point, but am getting no responses and it's been over a week. This is a critical problem I'm dealing with that causes me time lost every day with restarts and troubleshooting. I'm not sure what else to do to get their attention.

My case number is 04924811
