Vertically expand tracks shortcut
Does anyone know if there is a vertical equivalent to the horizontal expand tracks (i.e. R & T keys with keyboard focus on)?

Re: Vertically expand tracks shortcut
Ctrl+up/down arrows for selected tracks.
Ctrl+Cmd+up or down arrow to fit selected to window. Ctrl+Alt+Cmd+up or down arrow to fit all tracks to window (if possible).

Re: Vertically expand tracks shortcut
If you're talking about incrementally increasing or decreasing track height of all tracks, it's control-option + up or down arrows (on mac). Oddly, this is not in the Shortcuts document (at least the one for 12.4 or 12.5).
