Default Waves | Tony Maserati Bundle

Hi There,

just downloaded and messed with this bundled which is included in the Mercury bundle.

I have gotta say that I am really impressed with it.

FINALLY, someone has thought to make life easier. Instead of making just another EQ or compressor, waves has made something that I would consider "Macro" amongst plugs. It is like having 4 workflows or plugs within ONE plug.

This here bundle, really makes life easier and the quality of the audio is pristine.

Kudos to Waves for this one.

Yes Air i'm a bit disappointed about their processing plugs. Speakerphone couldn't be TDM because of the way it works. Sonnox Supressor, not sure about that. and UAD stopped all Digi platform because Digi started to give away Bomb factory plugs for free or little $$$.

Maybe there is something in it. and TDM will be abolished in the not too distant future.

But on a positive note! just bought the new DUY31 TDM and all DUY plugs are TDM. Brainworx are porting everything to TDM. SPL just started releasing TDM plugs! And i haven't seen any other major plugin vendors McDsp/URS/EMI/Eventide etc stop supporting TDM.

But Yes! surprised and a bit disappointed that Waves have chosen Native only. and @ $800. Maybe TDM will come

TDM will be around as long as there are DAWs or digi develops a new proprietary format.

As CPU processing power increased so does the applications and operating systems.

Personally, I like to use ANYTHING taking off the load of my CPU host

I just finished watching the video set those goes with these plug ins and of course I am in awe of Tony Maserati. Plus what a cool name. LOL.

I would strongly siggest any new mixer watching this interview to at least get some inspiration from a true great. Plus I love hearing his gear choices, his speaker selections, and how he uses a hybrid PT / Analog summing rig. Dangerous 2 Bus! Crazy
