Mac Pro 3,1 (2008) / Mountain Lion

Anyone using Accel HD2 / Pro Tools 10.3.2 / Mountain Lion on a Mac Pro 3,1 (2008)? Wondering if I really need to upgrade my (still pretty fast) 8-core to a newer Mac.
