Activation and Registration

I am trying to activate and register my Pro Tools MBox Mini. I put in the SN number to try to activate and is says it is not the correct number. I also put in all the info to register and hit submit then hit continue and it gives me an error, saying that it has timed out. Does anybody know anything about this? I've been trying to call support and not really getting any help!

This may sound silly but; Are you sure you are using the serial number and not part number or other (Yes it has been done before). the serial number can be confusing as sometimes a 5 looks like an S or the letter O looks like a zero, so it needs to be entered EXACTLY as it appears.

Not sure why this is happening, though it may be related to the serial number problem.
