DTS: Will the new more open avid open up Eucon?

Digi I like the direction you are moving in on the low end, even as an HD user it's been too difficult moving sessions back and forth to my clients that used LE.

So if the move is to more open standards, will Eucon be open to 3rd party controller developers?

I can see that Icon is great for those who wish to maintain the typical console paradigm, but as a former control 24 owner and current procontrol owner, I'm more interested in products like Tango.

So will the idea of more open industry standards be extended to Eucon? Thanks-

Cmon Avid please open up Eucon to other manufacturers! It would make me so happy you wouldn't believe... I might even pay for a Eucon license or something if you do it.

Top level strategies like this can't be discussed by publicly traded companies on an open forum.

There's a division of Avid that manages third party tech partnerships. Companies interested in partnering with Avid should start there.
