How to access the onboard soundcard via Midi?

How to access the onboard soundcard via Midi?

Firstly a big thanks for ProTools Free - it's fanatastic for home use.
Not having any Soundmodule to connect to Midi Out, I can't activivate the inbuilt soundcards midi sounds.
Any help out there???
