Hi.
I've purchased Avid Play to deliver ATMOS mixes. I can log into my Avid Link, however once I attempt to launch AvidPlay the following error displays "403 Forbidden, sorry, you have no permission to access this service". And it then logs me out of my profile. I have latest version of Avid Link installed. Anyone any ideas? Brian |

We are having the same issue.
We bought an additional AvidPlay subscription with Dolby Atmos. And we keep getting the 403 error for a week now. We are in contact with someone from Avid, they are trying to figure it out, but this is not a good look. Thankfully our other account with Dolby Atmos is working correctly. Only have this issue with the one just purchased. If your case got resolved, please let us know what the issue was. Thank you. |

We randomly tried again today and it's working.
Don't know if it's because Avid was looking into it, or if it just decided to work today after a week. But it's working. |
