Here is where the default ones are stored: C:\Program Files\Euphonix\EuCon\SQRL These are where it pulls the data from when you press default

Some are also supplied by the DAW and are here: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Euphonix\DYN_A PPSETS If theres one in here it will use this over the default ones above, when you press default

Also the user ones are here: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Euphonix\UserS ets\MC2User\MC_USER_SET__Root These are the ones EuControl uses on the surfaces. They are copied over from the default folders when you press default. They are the ones you are currently editing. These are the ones you backup if you have made a lot of changes.

If you are getting weirdness, it's likely the xml file is corrupt. First do an export to save any custom softkeys you have programmed as a backup or copy the who user folder somewhere. Then uninstall EuControl and delete any files in these 3 folders. Reinstall EuControl. Look at the softkeys and see if they are now OK. If you did an export, you could try importing it, but it could be the source of the corruption.

Thanks. I am still working on getting this working and trying to figure out what functions the developers actually designed that can be customized. I am wondering if some buttons were not intended to be modified.

Thanks Eddie,

If that is the case then either there is something drastically wrong with the software or my Dock. I make changes and they don't keep and revert back to other settings. Sometimes the softkeys show one thing, but the actual function in the dock are doing something else.

When this happens can you look at what it says next to Application at the top left of the Softkey page. Does this change? Also did you do my suggestion about removing them, just in case the xml has got corrupted?
