Default recording video of pro tools session

I want to record a video of me working with Pro Tools M-Powered on windows Vista. I need to be able to also record the sound as it is output through my Fast Track Pro. I reckon this is somehow possible because this is exactly what is done with the online tutorial videos.

Smile Re: recording video of pro tools session

The online videos have been edited in a video editing program like media composer og sony vegas pro, using the sound from the session being created as to appear as the sound being heard on the video is the actual sound, it is not, it is edited afterwards. The way to do it is to use jing pro og camtasia studio to capture your screen and save the video file and then add sound to it later in your video editing software of choice. This being said you can still do voice over (preferably by using a usb microphone so that you do not use the fasttrack pro for voice over, but just recording of sessions) in your screen capture program while recording.
