Default Can you use any USB input deivce with M-Audio?

I have a small Behringer board (Xenyx 1622FX) which comes with a USB 2.0 adapter. I've used it to record on an old PC with Audacity and it worked fine. Will this work with Pro Tools or must I purchase an M-Audio product?
