Pro Tools 12 Activation Issue

Hello. I just bought a copy of Pro Tools 12 in the Avid store. I am supposed to receive both a physical copy and digital copy, the latter of which I was told would be available to download immediately after purchase. However, in the "My Products and Subscriptions" section of my account I do not see any way to download Pro Tools (though there is a link to download Pro Tools First, which I downloaded 2 weeks ago).

I also do not see a blue button in my order confirmation email that would link me to the download area.

As far as licenses are concerned, my iLok license manager only shows information for Pro Tools First. Am I missing something? How can I download my software?

Welcome to the community!

A new/full copy of Pro Tools 12 is shipped since it includes an iLok 2 (you'll need that to run PT).

P.S. I noticed you have a Sibelius product still in the "Products Not Yet Downloaded" section of your Avid account.
