scrolling edit window short-cut?

Is there a short cut to scroll the edit window manually? Instead of using the two left and right arrows on the bottom right hand of the edit window. I know tab will allow moving from region to region, but is there a keyboard short-cut which emulates those little arrows?

Page Up and Page Down will scroll from top to bottom while option Page Up and option Page Down will scroll left and right.
