Default Pro Tools not reading my e-mux61 controller

Hey, I'm really hoping you guys can help me.

I'm running Snow Leopard (10.6.3) and Pro Tools 8.0.3 and my problem is basically that Pro Tools will recognize the MIDI Keyboard/Controller in the Input Device menu (and it's checked off), however when I load up a Virtual Instrument (any, I've tried all), there's no output.

I tried using different USB cables and even different programs to make sure either the cable or the keyboard were broken, but that has not been the case, as it works perfectly with Sibelius 6 and I had the same problem with a different cable and a different USB slot.
