Default I trashed preferences and PT still won't start up.

I sent my 002 in and was going to use my Mbox in the mean time. Unfortunately when I plugged up my Mbox and opened PT it would pretend like it was open but it wouldn't respond. So I trashed preferences and it's still doing it.

Any suggestions?
Mikey
