Default lost ilok

hello all i need your help
i lost my ilok and after submit RMA my account was hacked i buy new ilok and create new ilok account so what i can do to restore protools license to new ilok also i unlink old ilok id from my avid account so what next step ?

I've just checked your support case and the licensing team is asking any of your for your product's proof of purchase. You can send a photo or screenshot of your Pro Tools 11 and Pro Tools Studio Perpetual licenses' receipts. Let me know if you have further questions, or you can respond back to the case. Thanks

I dont know why i cant found receipt in order history i have video for that , i have video for my product ( 2 perpetual product) into my account i dont know if avid they consider it proof.
