Ultra low latency conversion for Macbook Pro M3 Max?

Hi, I got a new M3 Max and it blazes. I have been on Windows PC with two HD IOs and an HDX card which just reported many failing chips in DigiLink. Rather then replace the hdx card I can sell whatever I need and buy great conversion AVID or 3rd party. I need to track 16-24 analog live band with very low latency (hence why I had hdx). I need 24 or 32 input channels and 8 output channels of ultra low latency (~2.5ms or less) for my Macbook Pro M3 Max. I rarely use VI's it's almost always live analog tracking. MacBook Pro M3 Max can record 500 channels fed by a tone signal each with 5 DVerb plugins (2500 plugins), stream and record 1080p video and use Chrome all at the same time at 32 buffer 48khz without an interface connected without a hiccup. I lust to maintain this extreme performance with an interface attached. Any ideas?
