M-Box Bomb Factory bundle

I'm about to transition (slowly) into OSX/ PT 6. I'm interested in the Bomb Factory Bundle offered for M-Box . (I alredy downloaded the freebies) Just did a search and did'nt come up with any evaluations. Can anyone comment on the quality of the offered plugs vs. Waves, UA, etc. (example: Moogerfooger Analog Delay vs. Supertap, etc.) On that one I tend to like a tape delay sound -such as Echoplex.
The price is obviously great no matter what, but I am also planning on getting the Waves Gold bundle. Will I be covering these in Waves?
