accessing plugins from control app

hello I'm running the latest eucon with PT 24.10.12 and on some plugins I can instantiate them from the control app but the parameters wont spill to the knobs. ill use the pro q 4 for example I can use the sel or in buttons to open the plugins or to mute the plugin but when I tap on the tile to spill the parameters to the knobs nothing happens. it also doesn't work on the S1. but if I use the mouse and click on the fab filter plugin in pro tools while in channel mode the parameters will spill across the knobs, but if I'm in channel mode and press the encoder nothing happens. some plugins work some don't . any ideas?

Is it possible to show a video? Did you by any chance try to make a custom map? Go into custom and delete all pages for both the 1x8 and 4x2. Also update Fabfilter as they are constantly improving the maps.
