7.2 download ilok licenses removed, HELP!!!!

ilok.com removed 2 licenses from my ilok key with no notification,
eventide reverb, analog channel both of which i bought outright,
in other words this stupid company robbed me of about $1200.00

digi, anybody, what the #@$%$# is going on, am i suppossed to pay them 25.00
to find out what they did with MY possesions!!!!!!

Just login, go to the "help" tab and then "get help" which will bring you to a form that you fill out. They haven't charged the $25 fee in a while for support.

out of couriosity what right does ilok have at all to screw with someones licenses, they should have zero, nada, how dare they screw with my assets i paid about $1200.00
if i needed these now i would be screwed, I had no idea they had any right to mess with someones assets, i paid $40.00 to those cheese heads, what right do they have to screw with something that does not belong to them?

I'm sure it was a mistake. This kind of thing doesn't happen that often. Most everybody here has upgraded successfully. Just relax and wait until the morning, no sense in wasting energy flailing about. They'll make it good if it was their boo-boo.

iLok can NOT remove any licenses already on your iLok, what were you doing at iLok.com ? Did you try to transfer between iLoks and you lost them ? There is an automatic retrieval feature now on iLok.com. They don't just "disappear" . There is no fee for tech support.

How did you find out you lost them, did you sync the iLok and they are not in your account or not appearing in your session ?

ilok did remove them, i downloaded the 7.2 update and installed it, when I opened it it asked for auth on those 2 plugs
i use 2 computers so I went back to ilok w my ilok to check what was on my license account and under hithey were gone, under history it stated that ilok had removed them as they were no good anymore, what the #$%^%$!!!


I use those plugs all the time, ilok has not responded

Maybe you should contact ILOK instead of ranting here in the DIGIDESIGN forum.

I would suspect they'd be more helpful than anyone here can be.

ilok has not responded

He's tried, has not recieved any response back. You can only contact them via email, via their support secction on their website. They don't have a phone number (what kinds of businesses don't have phone numbers? usually scams in my expereince).

I thought someone might know what was going on, since the last time I tried to contact ilok, they charged 25.00 for an email, but thanks I did contact them, and received no reply
since this concerns quite a bit of $$$ I also thought maybe someone had some input having maybe had a similar experience.

Since this is a digidesign forum and they choose ilok I thought they might have a clue also.
