Alon, my English is not perfect either. We even might be from the same country (Israel right?).
But there are some ethic rules here , which are not related to the origin or even language.
Please try to be polite and leave all dirty words out of this forum.
As you are new on the DUC, you might not know that people are usually very helpful here and have plenty of experience in almost any pro audio area you can imagine. So try to get the information you are looking for, with respect to others.
If you are looking for the great books just check this out.
If you'd be more specific about your interest, we might be even more helpful.

You can find good and useful tutorials at AirUsersBlog.

When it comes to plugins im finding good inspiration from the great and production ready pop/dance patches of Nexus2.
I can also reccomend the Black 76 and White 2A compressor plugins form IKMultimedia.

Yeah, for real Richard.. quit being a troll.

It's not like your a stellar, well-respected, insanely experienced mixer with literally thousands of projects under your belt with a incredibly successful business with clients clamoring to work with you... oh wait.

Thanks for the kind words, Dallas.

I was being snarkey, though. Apologies to Alon if you took my comment as a criticism of your English skills as a non-native speaker. I wasn't aware that English was a second language for you.

My snark was more directed at those who can't be bothered to spell words in their entirety or use punctuation, and those who prefer to get through life by asking for shortcuts or tricks rather than spending the time and effort to learn and understand one's art/craft.

-Richard
