need some help

everytime I highlight a region, the playback starts at the beginning of it, Before I was able to highlight the region and start the playback at a different point. Where do I change this setting?

Shift+/

Or the Tie Edit and Timeline menu option.. or that button in the Edit Window next to the Tab To Transient button.
