I believe they are staggering the release amongst users. It may take a day or two for everyone to get it.

Hey Guys,
Yes, we are staggering the accounts we drop EuControl 3.4 installers to. S3/Dock/Pro Tools Control use Avid.com for installers and those were deposited on Friday. We are planning to deposit installers to Artist Series account here later today. I will follow up when that has been done. Thanks,

I don't know if anyone else out there is having this issue but I have NEVER been able to log on to My Artist series account. I've tried on multiple browsers, reset my password, confirmed it with Avid through tickets and still it NEVER lets me on. I really wish we could just have all Eu Con in our main Avid account. Can we please request this or at least just have a direct download link?
