Audiosuite bug?
I'm using waves audiosuite plugins to hipass some audio regions. I trimmed the regions in cooledit prior to importing them into PT and they sound great. In the edit window they appear faded and perfect.
Now when I apply the audiosuite plugin, suddenly there appears a little extra piece of audio at the end of the region. I tried a different eq plug and the same thing happened. Is there some reason that performing a hi-pass would add audio to the region? I'm not adding any gain, so where does the extra audio come from?

Re: Audiosuite bug?
Try this:
Select the region, export it as a file (Ctrl+Shift+K), import it into a session and try the AudioSuite operation on the new file.. does it still do it? I'm wondering if there's some extra data after the audio data added by CoolEdit which is confusing Pro Tools. Rail
