I called digi tech support last friday about a weird fader problem I was having with my c/8. The tech (Eric) said I should update to the latest firmware. So I said that's cool lets do it. But the firmware updater 1.4 kept crapping out. So Eric said he would get set up and try to replicate what I was trying to do. He called me back about an hour or so later and sure enough he got the same thing. He said there main c/8 guy was out and blah blah blah he would call me back next week. And I though oh boy here we go.
But today my phone rang as soon as I got home from work and it was Eric he told me to use an older version of the updater and it worked like a charm. It was a simple problem but I appreciate him staying on it and seeing it through. Thanks again Eric.
