All video format at 48 included D1?

Yes. D1 is 48k.
It is always dangerous to say "all" but all "professional" formats are at 48k and NONE are at 44.1. It has to do with the horzontal frequency of video. The audio clock is locked to the video timebase. Some DVCAM units record at 32k in order to get four channels on tape. If they record at 48k, the format supports two channels. DVD audio is 48k as well as digital audio on DirecTV. BTW, the new Sony IMX digital format supports eight channels of audio.
