The firmware upgrade has a series of steps.
Step 1 When you open up the installation program it proceeds a short way and then ask you to disconnect the Mbox. Maybe this is a way for the software to determine which USB port the Mbox is on (I guess).Then you reconnect it of course. Step 2 There is a short pause (maybe a second) and an extra button appears on the install dialogue with "Start: written on it. Press Start. Step 3 The Firmware installation takes place and then you are asked to disconnect the USB cable on the Mbox again. Then you reconnect it of course. Step 4. The USB indicator on the Mbox lights up a few seconds after the installation is completed (ie: after the last disconnect/reconnect of the USB cable). Good luck Mark |

Mbox Firmware Updater ?
I was reccomended to download, but I downloaded the application. It starts downloading and then just saying unplug the mbox form the USB port, but nothing happens...does this download esually work? and what is the firmware updater anyways!?
