Import video slow down Pro Tools
Hi,
I'm writting a music film, and once i'm importing the video, PT terribly slow down. This, until i made the video track inactive. What is the fine tunnig i must to do on PT or my computer ? My pc : i3, seven x64 ultimate thanks ! |

Hi there... one tip I can offer is disable the preview in the track. Not sure what that setting is. I know it does slow down your system. All you really need is the video window open. That may help a bit. I have done some post and V/O work in the past and I just got in the habit of using a template I created with that set as a default. It's been a while so I can't recall what it may be. But you still have an active track. The only difference is you won't see the frames rendered in the track you'll just see solid color. Hope it helps.

I don't want to disable the preview. I want to put the notes on especialy pictures, so i must see the video too. the question is: which fine tunning i must do to make PT faster |
